Body Blitz includes: 

3x group training sessions  - Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6pm   

Monday - HiTT workout with awesome sounds to help motivate (valued at $15 a session) 

Increase your metabolism, and cardiovascular fitness through short busts of anaerobic exercise.  Core, lower and upper body conditioning also included.

Wed - Stretch & Strengthen (valued at $15 a session) 

Feel the benefit and strength gained through yoga postures.  The Wednesday session will challenge you but also relax and refresh your mind and body.

Friday - Circuit madness  (valued at $15 a session)  

Friday session will be specifically targeted to the needs of the group with the use of body-weight, compound movements, free weights, cardio and plyometrics this class will start your weekend off with a bang.

Mental Game Session  - day/time to be decided (valued at $95 a session) 

These sessions will be delivered online via video conferencing or as a group after an activity session.  Tailored for the group, session topics cover relevant topics such as eating habits, self-talk, breaking free from old behaviours, or achieving desired outcomes.  You will receive a list once registered, mark your preferences and the topics of most interest for the group will be delivered.  

Physical Activity Plan  (valued at $75)

Before and after the Body Blitz your activity plan will be reviewed to check it aligns with your outcome goals.  After the six weeks you will have a tailored workout plan to continue with.

Eating Plan (valued at $75)

Take advantage of an opportunity to look at your eating habits to make sure they support your long term goals.   Working with your current diet, you will find ways to tweak your current habits to support optimised nutrition.

‚ÄčAbout the instructor

Rebekah  is a personal trainer and an Active Living and Wellness Coach specialising in special populations groups.  Rebekah has significant experience in the design and delivery of exercise programmes. She started teaching Les Mills group fitness classes at the age of 15 and has continued teaching various styles of group fitness for the last 25 years.    Rebekah has a love for yoga and teaches three classes a week in Dannevirke after recently moving back to the area.   When previously living in the region, Rebekah was contracted by Tararua Mental Health, Mid Central DHB, as an Active Living and Wellness Coach and  also delivered Personal Training, multi-training, & group classes throughout the Tararua area.  During the 10 years she lived in Hawkes Bay, Rebekah designed and delivered strength and balance classes for Enliven, taught Zumba fitness for City Fitness, Napier & Central Health, Waipukurau and Stretch & Strengthen Classes at Waipawa Dance Studio.  She was project lead for the ACC Live Stronger for Longer initiative and implemented the program in Gisborne and Hawkes Bay.

Rebekah is a Sum Sanos Wellness Coach and helps people to create lasting change in their lives through habit-based intervention practices some of which you will learn during Body Blitz.

Recently she has launched SuperCue Seniors which is an online subscription service for older people to improve their strength and balance and reduce their risk of falling. check it out at
